Seabridge South has direct access to their own beach only steps from
your door. The complex includes a crystal clear heated pool with
great ocean views and a fully furnished clubhouse. The grounds are
beautifully maintained and include a covered parking area. The
beach is beautiful and very clean! Excellent for long walks!

Watch the sun rise from either your living room or your master
bedroom. Located on the second floor of a five story building
(elevator and stairs available), this condo offers a true "Florida
feel". You will enjoy a nice master bedroom with a queen bed, cable
TV and private bath. The other bedroom has 2 twin beds and both
rooms boast walk-in closets. The kitchen includes a full array of
modern appliances as well as a washer/dryer combination. The living
room is nicely furnished and includes a convertible couch as well as
cable TV with DVD player. The dining room table seats 6 people. We
have recently added new carpet, a new AC unit, new water heater and
new window treatments!

A refundable deposit of $200 is due within 7 days of booking and
will be refunded if reservation is cancelled within 30 days of
arrival date or within 2 weeks of departure and after a satisfactory
inspection.

Rent is due in full 30 days prior to arrival date (or with deposit
if booking occurs within 30 days of arrival date).

Note: No trailers, boats or campers may be parked in the Seabridge
parking lot!
