These rooms open directly onto the terrace, overlooking the pool and quiet beach. This is the perfect spot to sit and sip your favorite refreshment and watch for whales and dolphins in the bay, or enjoy a spectacular sunset.

This brand-new condo building has only 12 units, so there will never be a crowd at the pool. The complex offers complete security with an intercom system and secure underground parking, an elevator, an infinity pool and landscaped pool deck area, outdoor shower and barbeque, and private stairs to the beach.

Condo Playa y Cielo is situated right on the beach in the lovely fishing village of Bucerias. The condominium is situated on a quiet cul-de-sac on the north side of Bucerias, and is only four short blocks to the town square, market, shopping and many restaurants, both Mexican and others.

Bucerias offers some of the best beaches on the bay and a chance to experience the charm of an authentic Mexican town. The relaxed pace of the town provides the perfect place to relax and unwind. Although Bucerias isn't yet on the main tourist trail, it offers a real variety of coffee shops, art galleries, and quality restaurants including Italian, Mediterranean, fine dining, California cuisine, sports bars, and even an Irish Pub as well as, of course, a good selection of Mexican restaurants - all within easy walking distance of the condo.

In the condo you will find our guide to Bucerias with many helpful hints and suggestions for your convenience. Weekly full maid service is provided, additional service can be arranged for a fee.

Our English-speaking property manager will greet you upon your arrival, lives nearby, and is available to assist you during your stay. Transfers to and from the airport and grocery service are also available for an additional fee.

The condo is elegantly decorated with modern decor and includes all the conveniences you might want, including:

This is a non-smoking unit, and is not well-suited for children.

Activities nearby for those that don't just want to relax and soak up the sun include: golf, fishing, whale or dolphin watching, horseback riding, para-sailing, "banana boat" rides, swimming, snorkeling, scuba diving, sailing, boogie boarding, and surfing further up the coast.

Puerto Vallarta is a short bus ride, taxi ride, or drive away and offers excellent shopping and entertainment.

Low Season - May 01 to Oct 31 - $170/night - 5 night minimum.

High Season - Nov 01 to Apr 30 - $225/night - 7 night minimum.

Holiday Season - Christmas and New Year's Weeks - $275/night - 7 night minimum.
