Lake Anna Waterfront Rental House in Lake Anna

Stunning 2 bedroom, 2 bath contemporary home directly on the main lake with 585 feet of frontage. Property is in the gate-controlled community of Windwood Coves, off Route 208. Windwood Coves has a tot-friendly sand beach, tennis courts, a free boat launching ramp and outdoor pavilions for large parties.

The rental home has a 32 foot private pier that is suitable for fishing, swimming and docking a boat. The land slopes gently to the pier, which is located about 150 ft. from the house. The pier has electric power.

Virginia's Lake Anna State Park is located directly across the lake. Quaint shops, restaurants and other attractions are located in Fredericksburg, Mineral and Louisa, all within easy commuting distance.

Weekly rentals (7 nts) have first priority. Rentals for shorter periods of time (3-day minimum) will be considered on a space-available basis. Please note that this vacation home has frontage directly on the main lake. Do not be misled by others who claim that their homes have "lake view" or "lake access." Some "lake view" homes have only a limited view of the water. "Lake access" homes are normally deep in the woods.

If you would like to rent this vacation home for a week during the prime summer season, you should normally make arrangements not later than May 1.

Four twin-size beds with IKEA Sultan Finnvik mattresses, one twin-size Aero Bed, one double bed fold-out from sofa.  32" HDTV in large family room. Additional TV in main bedroom. DVD player in second bedroom.

All sheets and towels are provided. No need to bring such items from your home.

Full kitchen, including Keurig coffee system and free gourmet coffee. All utensils included, including Mr. Coffee coffee pot, toaster, and microwave. 

Community Assn has tot-friendly sand beach, tennis courts, and free boat launching area.  House is only 60 ft from the water.

High-speed internet (wi-fi) is available at no extra charge.

Note: this is a smoke-free and pet-free home.

King's Dominion theme park nearby.  Also, Fredericksburg, Mineral and Louisa are excellent for restaurants and touring.  Speedboats and pontoon boats can be rented at modest cost.
