The french doors open onto a spacious deck that incorporates the indoor outdoor lifestyle that sunny San Diego is known for. 

Deck: Includes outdoor patio heater, large dining table with chairs, patio umbrella, chaise lounge, and a Weber coal BBQ. 

Side yard: Includes 2 beach cruiser bikes, beach towels, beach chairs and umbrella. 

Living Room: Large windows and beautiful glass door, travertine flooring, a flat panel 37 inch TV with cable TV including HBO and Cineamax, Nintendo Wii, and a dvd player. Wireless internet throughout the home. Custom designed pullout couch with sleeper bed. Open to kitchen bar and outdoor deck. Light and airy living and relaxing. 

Bathroom: Spa like feel with travertine, designer sink, dual flush european toilet,  oversized shower (no bath, shower only).

Laundry: Stackable full sized washer and dryer.

Bedroom #1: Queen sized bed, floating night stands, pendant lights, berber carpet, and tranquil designer paint colors. 

Bedroom #2: Trundle bed (two twins) or double bed available whatever you prefer we can provide. Pendant light, built in bookcase, berber carpet, amazing light, and tranquil designer paint colors.

You are surrounded by water, San Diego harbor is behind you, OB and Point Loma is in front of the home, and Mission Bay is to the North.  Ocean beach pier is a short walk away along with the San Diego river and wetlands. Less than 5 minute drive to Sea World, Cabrillo National Monument/tide pools and Sunset Cliffs Regional Park with tide pools. Ocean Beach has many quaint bistros, eateries, coffeehouses, and top rated restaurants all walking distance.
