This fully furnished loft apt is just 1 street over from the quaint Venice walk streets and 4-blocks to Abbott Kinney Blvd. 20 minute walks to the beach and Santa Monica’s Main Street for shopping, or to the Venice canals. 12 minute walk to the new Whole Foods Market on Rose & Lincoln.
We have 2-adult bicycles & 2- children's bikes. Beach towels. The yard with gardens and a pond with Grecian Goddess fountain housing turtles and gold fish offer a lovely place to relax and wind down. We have Wi-Fi, Ipod dock/Stereo and cable with 50"-Flat Screen televisions.
