SERENITY is the name given the condo. You can watch the dolphins while you drink your morning coffee or enjoy a gorgeous sunset from your balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico.

Large 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo, sleeps six (maximum 3 adults allowed) in two queen and 1 sofa bed. Completely remodeled in 2007, enlarged kitchen provides more room for meal preparation and seating. This condo was completely remodeled by the owner in 2007 with a new kitchen, new bathroom and furnishings.

2012 Rates:
Jan. 1 - May 19 and Sept. 8- Dec. 31, 2011** - $600 weekly + $75 cleaning + 11.5% tax. Per night rental (3 day minimum required) Call or email for nightly availability
May 19 to September 8** - $1100/weekly + $75 cleaning +11.5% tax : check in Sat. 3 p.m. - check out Sat. 10 a.m. CALL ABOUT WEEKEND AVAILABILITY - 3 night minimum required.
**4th of July and Blue Angels weeks - $1200 weekly rental rate + $75 cleaning + $146.63 taxes = $1421.63. Blue Angel week is July 14-21, 2012.
Payment/Rental Deposit Policy: All guests are required to sign a guest rental agreement. A mastercard or visa is required to be placed on file within 10 days of booking your reservation to hold the condo. No charges are applied to the card unless cancellation occur within 30 days of arrival or damages occur while occupying the condo. Full rental payment is due 30 days prior to your arrival. Cancellations occuring prior to 30 days of arrival require a $150 processing fee. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival result in the loss of the $150 processing fee along with the full rental amount if the condo cannot be rented for the booked dates.
