Security/ Damage deposit $250 - due 7 days after booking rental; refunded 10-14 days after stay pending post-departure inspection;

Cancellation policy - If cancelled prior to 30 day arrival, full refund minus $150 deposit.  If cancelled within 15 days prior to arrival, 1/2 rental deposit refunded minus $150 deposit.  Should a mandatory evacuation during your stay be necessary due to storms, a pro-rated amount will be refunded.

**Bookings during major holidays (and Blue Angel week) will be subject to a 20% rental increase.
