The cottage is available on a Saturday to Saturday basis.
Check in is at 2:00PM check out is at 11:00AM
Security deposit $250 for one week rental.
Monthy rate is based on 28 days Saturday to Saturday.
Discount for multiple weeks: 20% off second week (or 2 weeks for $2,340), 25% off third week (or 3 weeks for $3,300) week.
4 weeks $4,200
Full calendar month $5,000
Significant discounts before July 4th and after after Labor Day.
(Please note the $250/week deposit is to take the cottage off the market and hold it for you. If you cancel the deposit is non-refundable unless we are able to rent it to someone else for your time period, then the deposit will be refunded. When you arrive, the deposit becomes a damage deposit, refunded after departure if there is no damage.)
