You'll bask in the old glamour of this comfortable and secluded home where you can imagine the Hollywood Gliteri used to party.

This 1/2 acre estate was built for entertaining with a veranda surrounding the upper main house overlooking the pool, spa and guest house facing little camel-back ridge mountains. 

The main house has a 3 bedrooms, including master bedroom with plenty of closets and two vaniety bathroom with step down tub, shower and atrium.  Two guestrooms each with own bathroom (shower stalls); one walk-in great for elderly.  One guestroom has own patio overlooking trees and garden.  The other guestroom overlooks the veranda.

The guest house is situated at the base of the property, with a fireplace, partial kitchen, built in wine refrigerator and regular refrigerator pool table, full bathroom, sectional fold out queen bed (very comfortable with foam mattress) and full bar outside.   

An office/laundry room is located at the end of the veranda of the main house with a separate entrance, full bathroom and queen bed.

Terms:

$100 non-refundable pet fee for daily and weekly

Occupancy:  Renters must be 25 years of age.  Rental rates are based on 2 persons per bedroom.  Children under 2 are the exception.

Pool heating:  We charge a $50 per day heating pool charge in season October thru April.
