coastline. Mission Beach is the center of a continuous stretch
of beach known as "The Strand", which extends three
miles, beginning at the Mission Bay channel
entrance and ending at the north end of Pacific Beach.
There is a boardwalk that parallel's the beach for a three mile
stretch. With this you can also enjoy walking, running and
bicycling. Across the way, you will find the serenity of the
Bayside with the calm waters and the area's Recreation Center with
numerous activities, rentals and a 5-mile run that takes you around
the bay area.
There are loads of shops and restaurants with many options to choose
from. You'll enjoy browsing the sidewalks of Mission Beach offering
surf shops, clothing and jewelry boutiques. The abundant eateries
will surely satisfy all your cravings. There is also a landmark
roller coaster
Our One bedroom  vacation home brings the seaside to the edge of your living room. Bright and airy open living areas allows you to enjoy the sights and sounds of the ocean.

A Supersize bedroom with two queen size beds, (it's as if you have a two bedroom unit for the price of one). Luxury bathroom with double vanity sinks and oversized shower, all adds to the feeling of spaciousness and comfort
while your on vacation.

Your family or friends are invited to soak in the sun, run on the
beach, surf the waves, walk the boardwalk, or to become completely
mesmerized by the most gorgeous sunsets you’ve ever laid eyes on.
Panoramic beach views sweep from Coronado Islands, Sunset Cliffs,
Ocean Beach Pier, as well as the Jetty, South Mission Jetty, Crystal
Pier, and the Cliffs of La Jolla! We are just minutes away from Sea
World, Old Town, the airport, and the World famous San Diego Zoo.

Sports enthusiasts can learn to windsurf, parasail, or jet-ski with the many rental shops available. Scuba diving or snorkeling is a must to enjoy the
underwater treasures. Many trails for those who enjoy biking and hiking.
Live Theater, Cinemas and Museums for those that need to
escape to the indoors.World famous San Diego Zoo, Sea World, Wild
Animal Park, Legoland, Scripps Aquarium, Carlsbad Flower Fields,
historic Gas Lamp District, Seaport Village, Downtown San Diego,
Indian Casinos, Del Mar Race Track, and Mexico. Easy driving
distances to the museums and sights of Balboa Park. The amusement
parks and activities of the Los Angeles area are within easy driving
distance as well. These include Disneyland, Knott's Berry Farm,
Universal Studios and Hollywood.

January special includes taxes and cleaning with a 7 night stay only.

September-Mid-May  $800 per week, $2,700 per month

Mid-May to mid June   $1000 per week  

Mid June, July  to mid August  1200+ per week

Cleaning Charge of $100

Occupancy tax of 10.5% on rates less than 28 days

$350 DUE to reserve dates & as Security Deposit. Full rent due
60 days before arrival.
