The Lake Cottage in Gainesville

**We are approx 45 min east of Gainesville and 45 min west of St. Augustine**

The Lake Cottage has been completely renovated and is fully
furnished. The living room has lakeviews, a full size sofa bed and a large a/c/heat unit. We now have wireless Internet connection.
The master bedroom has a lakeview, a/c unit, queen size bed, and a stackable
washer and dryer.
The second bedroom has a full size bed.

Enjoy the sun rising above Lake Rocky while you fish for that large
bass or just relax on the shoreline.

We are located approx 45 min east of Gainesville and approx 45
min west of St. Augustine. There are many lakes and rivers within the
area to enjoy, including The Ochlahawa River, The St. Johns River and
The Rodmann Reservoir.

We are the owners and live right next door if
anything is needed. Both houses share an acre lot. There is also a
resident dog and two cats.
