2. $25/night or $150/week surcharge per extra guest.
3. Note generous discount:  pay for 3 weeks get 4-week/1 month stay.
4. Deposit to hold your dates + payment plan that allows cancellations/refund.
5. $95 final cleaning fee for Lower and Upper Units; $75 for Junior Unit.
6. Deposit of $250 for pets.  No exception.
7. Area of many, many attractions with maps, guides and travel information provided as requested:  most free, some at cost, if requested with reservations.
