The ocean (Nantucket Sound) is but 2/10ths of a mile away (or a leisurely three minute walk). You are welcome to use the private beach or you can choose any of the numerous nearby beaches. Park your car for your entire stay - everything is within walking distance.

The cottage sleeps a maximum of 4 occupants in its two bedrooms. The first bedroom offers a king-size bed. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed.
There is a full bath with tub&shower inside as well as an outdoor enclosed shower. Deck and spacious fenced back yard. Fully equipped kitchen including coffee maker
and microwave. The cottage also has a telephone for local calls, a CD player, color cable TV with DVD and VCR.
Absolutely No Pets Allowed in the cottage / on the premises. No exception.
No Smoking.
