You cannot beat our condo.  Our unit is the place to spend your vacation or business trip in Chi-town.  It’s spacious, comfortable and best of all -- downtown on the lake -- in walking distance to all of Chicago’s attractions. 

Whether you are coming in with your family or your friends, you want to spend your time in the best place possible.  Everyone will enjoy the luxury of having their own bedroom and full kitchen and in unit washer/dryer.  We have hardwood in every room, plush carpet in the bedrooms, 6ft sofas for lounging, TV, internet and phone, black granite counter tops, cherry cabinets, marble in the bathrooms, and the latest stainless steel appliances.  What more can you want in a place where you’ll be vacationing?   Plus, each bedroom has a king size bed.     

Our condo is right across the street from The Museums, Grant Park, Millennium and Michigan Ave.  And, we’re in walking distance to Soldier Field and a 5 min drive to the McCormick Center or the Navy Pier!  Plus, there are 3 major train lines only one block away… where you can transfer to other lines, as well as large grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants and more!  Fantastic!    


This building's amenities include:  an outdoor pool, a huge state of the are fitness gym and cardio center, conference room and a DVD home theatre room w/40 person movie theatre like seating.  It's very cool, very new.  THE VIEWS of the unit are JUST breathtaking.  You face the lake, overlook Grant Park from the master bedroom and the city skyline around the Park.  It looks like Hawaii up there, and It's amazing....

TO THE NORTH, Chicago’s own NAVY PIER.  Enjoy special attractions for the family and adults along with the famous Shakespeare Theater, one of the world’s largest Ferris wheels, live entertainment and fireworks twice a week in season. Enjoy them for your balcony.

TO THE EAST, internationally acclaimed MILLENIUM PARK. The magnificent Jay Pritzker Pavilion with free concerts all summer long. Anish Kapoor’s Cloud Gate Bean sculpture and Jaune Pleanas’s crown fountain that regales you with cascading water from giant video walls. Add art, walking path gardens bridges, outdoor dining, rollar blading in the summer and ice skating in the winter.

TO THE SOUTH, MCCORMICK PLACE. Only 4 minutes away in a cab down LakeShore drive or a beautiful, 15-20 minute walk along the lakefront. In the summer months visit Northery Island for spectacular concerts on the lake.

TO THE WEST, The world renowned MAGNIFICENT MILE. Visitors come from all over the world to experience a downtown experience like no other. Featuring a unique world class shopping experience. Beautiful architecture and elegant dining experiences.
