Rental Policies

• Payment Options: Cashier's Check, Money Order, Personal Check 
• Check In: 3 p.m. 
• Check Out: 11 a.m. 
• Required Stay: 7 days 
• Lodging Tax: 11% for stays less than 6 months
• Reservation/Security Deposit: $300 Deposit for weekly and $500 Deposit for monthly refundable within 3 days of Checkout if no damage to the unit 
• Other Fees: $75 non-refundable cleaning fee
• Cancellation Policy: If you find it necessary to cancel your
  reservation, notification must be provided at least 45 days in advance of of scheduled reservation date to prevent forfeiture of reservation deposit.
