Located on the southern shore of Nagawicka Lake with hard bottom frontage and concrete steps down to the water's edge for swimming.  Gorgeous views of the lake!

Two bedrooms plus an extra bedroom that doubles as an office.  Two full bathrooms (one is marble with a whirlpool tub). Central air conditioning throughout the house.  Fully furnished kitchen including dishwasher, microwave and other standard appliances.  High speed Internet access.  Laundry room with washer/dryer on the first floor.  Large wood deck with seating, pier bench for additional seating/lake viewing, 8 foot picnic table, charcoal grill, storage locker for skiis/water toys and a single car garage for inside parking.

Wave runner lift available for your wave runner or jetski.  Pier can accommodate any size boat and depth for an inboard/outboard motor.

Three cable tv's (one in the main room and one in each of the two upstairs bedrooms).  Two DVD players and one VCR player.  Easy access to the back of all TV's for game hook up.   All linens and towels are provided except pillows.
