This 2 Bedroom Ocean Block Condominium is located in mid town Ocean City on 39th Street. The unit is just steps to the beach with a peak of the ocean from the front balcony. This unit is a perfect vacation getaway for multiple couples or small families looking for an affordable place to stay. The quite mid town location is a great place to relax away from the more crowded beaches.
The condo has central air conditioning and private parking. Bedroom one features a queen-size bed. The bedroom also has a color TV with cable. Bedroom two has a full size bed. The living room has a queen-size sleeper sofa. There is a color TV with Cable/VCR/DVD player. There is also a radio/CD player. The kitchen is ready for cooking with a gas range, microwave, refrigerator, coffee pot, and toaster. The living room and kitchen areas have new laminate tile flooring. The bathroom has a new vinyl floor, toilet, pedestal sink and fixtures. The kitchen also has a new sink, countertop, refrigerator and fixtures. The condo also features faux finished walls and two hand painted beach murals throughout. The condo is always professionally cleaned at no extra charge. Prior to your arrival the owner inspects the unit to ensure that it is super clean and ready for check in.
On the front balcony you will find a picnic table, with seating for six, to enjoy the fresh ocean air. From the balcony there is also a small view of the ocean. Across the street, on the bayside, is the Ocean City Convention Center. This is a great place to go for any one of the many events that are held there. Behind the convention center is a beautiful place to enjoy the view of the Ocean City bay. There are benches for relaxing and public piers for fishing and crabbing.
