Beverly Shores is a small beach community of private resort homes located at the southeastern tip of Lake Michigan. It is surrounded by the Indiana Dunes National Lake Shore. The Indiana Dunes State Park is short drive away. The community is located an hour from downtown Chicago, serviced by the South Shore Railroad with connections between the historic Beverly Shores Train Station and Millennium Park in the heart of the city.

Beverly Shores offers miles of beaches, winding wooded lanes to walk and bike, and a park with tennis court, spring-fed pond, picnic area, and playground in the center of town. Lots of nature all around but close to the city - you can see the Chicago skyline across the water on a clear day.

Cooking utensils provided, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, oven/range, coffee maker, toaster, mixer.

Propane BBQ Grill on open lower level porch, side deck, front deck, front patio, fire pit, rear open porch off lower level family room, outdoor shower.

Indiana State Sales Tax additional to all charges.

Property will be held for 5 business days pending receipt of $825.00 deposit payment.

Balance of rental and security deposit is due 30 days prior to occupancy.

 

Off-Season Rates: $1,250 week; $300.00 per day -- 2 day rental minimum

 

Non Peak Season Holiday Rate $325.00 per night -- 2 day rental minimum

Balance of invoice is due 30 days prior to occupancy. 50% deposit holds your reservation.

Indiana State Sales Tax additional to all charges.

Property will be held for 5 business days pending receipt of 50% deposit payment.

Balance of rental and security deposit is due 30 days prior to occupancy.
