Ideally located to all, the apartment is just steps from the main street of cafes and restaurants, on DeKalb Avenue in Brooklyn. A five minute walk to the famous Brooklyn Flea Market, Brooklyn Academy of Music & Mark Morris Dance Center. The Pratt School of Architect & Design is located one street from the property. Fort Greene Park is located just a few streets away and you can play tennis, take a stroll, or people watch. We are located in Downtown Brooklyn where you can access the metro station one street away. We are also located very close to the the Brooklyn Bridge and 15 minutes from Manhattan by subway. Fort Greene & Clinton Hill areas are historically amazing. The surrounding neighborhood is also historic areas and boasts some of the finest architecture of the city.
