2 bedroom 2 Bath condominium on Superstiton Springs Golf Course in 
Mesa, Arizona.  Ground floor unit, garage with opener, fully 
furnished, sleeps up to 4 people and within one mile of golf, 
restaurants, grocery, movies and major retail shopping including 
Superstition Springs Center.  Heated pool, hot tub, and walking 
paths.  Close to Superstition Mountains, museums, amusement parks 
and Spring Training Baseball.  Perfect for snowbirds, weekly 
vacations, visiting family or temporary housing while relocating.  
Located 22 miles from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport.  Also with high 
speed internet connection for your laptop (with ethernet).

This condo has the larger Pebble Beach floor plan (very few in 
complex) with over-sized patio (off living room & master bedroom) 
and many upgrades (all tile except bedrooms, granite countertops, 
stainless appliances).  Second Bedroom is set up as a den, with a 
queen murphy bed when used as a bedroom.

We also own another condo in the complex (2 bed, 2 bath on golf 
course). If dates on the calendar are available, usually means one 
of the condos is available.  Please inquire if interested and for

Vacation Rental Rates

June - September 2008: $575/week - $1500/month

May - September 2008:     $675/week - $1975/month
October - December 2008:  $775/week - $2250/month
January - March 2009:     $975/week - $2950/month
April 2009:               $875/week - $2650/month    

7 night minimum

$75 Cleaning Fee 

$500 booking/damage deposit due with signed rental agreement to hold 
dates. 

Payment by personal/business check (U.S. funds) or cashier's check 
or money order.  


Refund Policy:
Cancellation must be made 45 days prior to arrival date or deposit 
is forfeited.  If unit is re-rented for the cancelled time period, 
the deposit will be refunded.  
If cancellation is less than 30 days after rental payment has been 
made, no refunds unless unit is re-rented.  Deposit & cleaning fee 
will be refunded.
