"Sea" It All: Oceanfront Corner Condo in Kure Beach

This is a wonderful unit to rent. The unit is extremely clean and well equipped. It has everything you need from kitchen appliances to beach pails and shovels. You can see the ocean from the dining room table, the living room couches and the master bed room. Access to the beach is easy and if you have kids you can watch them play on the beach while sitting out on the spacious deck. The outdoor pool is a short walk away and the other facilites (indoor pool, basketball courts, tennis courts, etc) is just a stroll away.

I wrote this comment to the owners of this unit two years ago and it sums up how I feel about this place. "This was our third visit to Ocean Dunes and our second time staying in your place. Thanks so much for opening your place up to guests. We absolutely love the view from your place and I enjoy my early morning cups of tea admiring the ocean from your deck. Our children had a wonderful time and it makes for lasting memories."

Amazing Location and amenities, dirty condo

What a great condo with enough space to house 8 (four adults, four children) comfortably. Its access and view of the ocean couldn't be better. The entire Ocean Dunes property is perfect for families. The very disappointing part was the cleanliness of the condo its self. Although it was "surfaced" cleaned (windows washed, vacuumed, etc.) the owners have failed to keep carpets and throw rugs clean. They just weren't just not clean, they were filthy and stained. Besides that, we arrived to a urine and blood stained mattress pad (and mattress) in which it took 3 days to get a new pad by the rental company. We also found the kitchen to be missing some key components to being a "well equipped" kitchen. After e-mailing the owner and rental company, we never received anything in compensation, including an apology. It was unfortunate that we ran into these circumstances. Had the condo its self been in better shape, we would have been able to rate it as an excellent.

Amazing Memories

We had such a great time and made amazing memories. This was our little girls' first beach vacation. The view from your condo is spectacular. We are very satisfied and happy that your condo was our home for 5 days. The beach was wonderful and thank you for everything. We will be back.
