The comfortable microfiber sofa pulls out into full size bed. Unit sleeps four/five comfortably.
Large kitchen with breakfast bar and full size new appliances. Condo is equipped with: stove/oven, full size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave. Cookware and utensils provided. Unit has large utility room with full size washer /dryer.
There is a casual dining table in the kitchen area and a separate more formal dining room table in the dining room.
The master bathroom features a double sink vanity. The toilet and large shower are separated by a pocket door for extra privacy. The 2nd bathroom has a single sink vanity, and a tub/shower combination. Both bathrooms are cleanand in good condition.The unit has Central Air Condition and Heat.Ceramic tile throughout entrance, living room, dining room and kitchen. Carpeting in both bedrooms.The screened-in porch is perfect for sitting and relaxing with a
good book, enjoying your morning cup of coffee or nature watching.
