Vacation Rental Description

You will feel right at home in this tasefully furnished, tropical 
style, spacious 1400 sq.ft. condo. The unit is located on the 2nd 
floor, with elevator access.

It is a split plan with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Queen bed in 
master and full bed in second bedroom. Comfortable microfiber sofa 
pulls out into full size bed. Unit sleeps five comfortably. 

Large kitchen with breakfast bar and full size new appliances (stove 
& oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, washer and dryer). 
Countertops and sinks all new as of 2005.  Has casual dining table in 
the kitchen area and a separate more formal dining room.  

The bathrooms are very clean with brand new vanities, sinks, toilets, 
and baths. One bathroom has a tub and the master bathroom has a large 
shower. 

Central Air Condition / Heat.  Ceramic tile throughout entrance, 
livingroom, dining room and kitchen. Carpet in bedrooms.

Screened porch is perfect for sitting and relaxing with a 
good book, enjoying your morning cup of coffee or nature watching. 

The porch faces beautiful Lavers Lake. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

Condo is equipped with all new kitchen appliances: stove/oven, full 
size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave. Cookware and utensils 
provided.

Large laundry room with full size washer /dryer.

New 32" Television, VCR / DVD and basic cable. 
16" Tv in Master bedroom.

Linens, towels and beach towels provided.

Two beach chairs, beach cooler and beach umbrella provided.

This is a non smoking unit which includes the screened lanai.

Sorry no pets.

 

Activities and Attractions

Community ammenities include - Large Pool, Whirlpool Sauna, State of 
the Art Fitness Center,and Walking Paths

A quick 5-minute drive will get you to the beaches of Delray.  
Shopping and restaurants are within walking distance.  Just 
a short drive away are the restaurants, shops, nightlife and 
entertainment on Atlantic Avenue & Pineapple Grove presenting a 
dazzling array of choices for your enjoyment. 

The International Tennis Academy and the Delray Tennis Club are both 
within 5 minutes.  

Delray Beach is a great destination for a vacation and it is 
convenient to travel to. It is a thirty minute drive from Fort 
Lauderdale's International Airport. The city is located between Boca 
Raton and Boynton Beach.  It is a 45 minute drive to the famous and 
fun South Beach in Miami.
