Our Vacation Home in Coldwater

Charming Channel Front home on the main channel between Bartholamew and Mud lake lots of activity to see.  Pets are welcome however no smoking in the house.  The house sleeps comfortably 6 and up to 12.

The house is equipped with everything you may need to have a great vacation.  All necessary kitchen items, washer, dryer, towels, and sheets.  

Bedroom 1 has a Queen bed.  Bedroom 2 and 3  have bunk bed with single on top and full on bottom.  Living room has 2 hidabeds. 

Fire pit, picnic table, outside chairs ready for a cozy evening by the fire. 

Coldwater Lake is the southern lake of a chain of lakes. Marble lake is the most northern lake.  Both Coldwater lake and Marble lakes have sandbars.  The house is on the channel at the mid point.  Pontoon boat
rental is available from the Coldwater Lake Marina, if you reserve in
advance, or bring your own boat you can travel the entire chain. There is a boat  ramp very close to the house and you can tie your boat up at the private new dock.  Coldwater Lake boasts a beautiful lake-front restaurant and a sports bar are near-by as well. A nine hole golf course is close.  Coldwater has a professional summer theatre, a drive-in theatre and many restaurants. Pokagon State Park with restaurant, walking trails, nature
center, and boat rental is about 1/2 hour away.   Mini-golf and a small amusement park are located in near-by Fremont, Indiana. An outlet mall is also located about 1/2 hour away.

$800 per week May 15th thru Sept 15th $50 discount per week for multiple weeks. Available Monthly Sept 15th Thru May 15th For $500 per month plus ultilities.  Weekends are $450.
