Summit Lake House in Saratoga Springs

Front porch with a sitting area.   Newly renovated three story house.  Top floor has wall to wall carpet. There are 3 bedrooms with double beds in the first two bedrooms, and two twin beds in the third bedroom.  Also there is  a bathroom with shower.  First floor has wall to wall maple flooring, kitchen with tile floor and marble counter top and a breakfast bar.  First floor also has a sliding glass door that goes out to a deck overlooking the lake, dining area, sitting area and a half bath.  Finished basement has wall to wall tile, satelite tv,  plenty of sleeping area with a full size futon couch and wide screen TV. Aslo has a separate laundry room off of basement. Wintertime is fun at the lake house there is so much to do like snowmobiling, ice fishing and ice skating.  the house is heated with propane fuel.

Include washer and dryer, dishwasher, bed linens, gas grill, outdoor furniture. Fully furnished kitchen includes microwave and toaster, all food preparation and serving items included.  You may bring your own boat,  we have a private boat launch.

Twenty five minutes from Saratoga race track and Saratoga Racino.  Washington county fair is just 15 minutes away. Windy Hills golf course in Greenwich , NY and a driving range in Argyle, NY 6 minutes from lake. Also property is only ten minutes from stores , restaurants, and pubs.

Minimum three night stay for $750.   For the Saratoga track season six weeks $12000.00. $1750 a week through track season otherwise $1350 per week. Track season goes from July 29th through September 5th.
