20 mi from Niagara Falls and 15 miles to downtown Buffalo.

Waterfront park/nightclubs (live bands, dancing), boat launch less than a mile from the cottage, fishing, bike trails, restaurants, antique shops.....20 mi from Niagara Falls attractions: the Falls, Marineland, Fallsview Casino Resort, Zooz, wineries; 10 mi to Fort Erie Racetrack/Slots, museums, golf.....

The 2013 peak rate is $1,200/week. The $750 rate listed is for off-peak rates and stands until November 2013 (July and August are peak, rest of the year is off peak). All 2013 peak weeks are rented - or tentatively booked pending deposits.

Reservation Deposit of 50% (payable immediately to reserve desired dates).
Payment methods: Personal checks accepted for rent deposit only - must be mailed one month (min) prior to rental date. For renters outside of North America, payment can be taken with PayPal (some fees will apply; itemized charges will be emailed to you).
The balance of rent as well as a security deposit is due upon check-in(security deposit is typically $500 but may be more depending on credit-worthiness/ references).  Tenant will be required to sign a rental agreement - copy available upon request. Upon check-out the security deposit will be returned to you if the cottage and amenities remain in the same condition as upon arrival.

Booking is not final until reservation deposit is received.
Cancellation policy: 100% deposit refund for cancellation notices up to 2 months prior to scheduled arrival date; 50% refund up to 1 month prior to scheduled arrival; no refund for less than 1 month notice.

Weekly Rentals only (during peak) running from Saturday at 1:00 p.m. to Saturday at 11:00 a.m. Cleaning and laundering of linens are the renter's responsibility - there is no maid service. Cottage must be left in the condition it is found (ready for the next renter) or security deposit or a portion thereof will be retained to cover associated costs.
