Casinos across the lake with a shuttle boat service, or approx. 1/2 hour drive to Blue Water Casino in Parker, or 1 hour to Laughlin, NV Casinos, 2 1/2 hours to Las Vegas.

Summer Rates: March 1-September 15th Monday-wed. $200/night, Thurs-Sunday $250/night. $1,400 per week, $2,800 per month

Winter Rates: September 15-February 28 Monday-wed., $175/night. thurs-Sunday $200/night. $1,200 per week, $2,500 per month

Holiday rates are $375/night, 3 night min.

These rates apply to 8 guests or less, may be added fees for additional people

 Refundable $1,000 damage deposit, & $150 cleaning fee, but be added cleaning fee for additional people. 

Damage deposit will be returned within 7 days of departure if there is no damages or extra cleaning. Special arrangements might be made prior.We inventory and inspect the home before and after your stay. Your will be charged for damage done to the home beyond normal wear and tear.

Cancellation Policy: For cancellations more than 90 days prior to arrival, there is a fee of $250. For cancellation less than 90 days prior to arrival you will forfeit $1,000 unless your booked time is rented by someone else then there is no charge. Your reservation is not confirmed until payment is received. Until confirmed and paid, rates are subject to change without notice.

NOTE: Early check-in and late check-out is available if pre-arranged.
