Villa Christina - Heated Pool w/Jacuzzi & Billiard Room in Cape Coral

Villa Christina is one of the most beautiful homes that can be
rented in Cape Coral. The villa sits on a large open canal with
fantastic water views facing south. Built in 2003, it has 3000
square feet of indoor living space with a large lanai that includes a
jacuzzi that cascades into a wonderfully shaped pool. The
furnishings are very individual and sophisticated. The villa is big
enough for two to six persons, the living area has a built in
entertainment center, another room with a pool table that accesses
the lanai with wonderful views of the lush landscaping and canal. The
breakfast corner and kitchen have the same views. The villa has
three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a pool bath, a washer/dryer and
double garage. Conveniently, all bedrooms have their own televsion
sets.

The living room is equipped with cable and a large 46" screen TV,
DVD player, VCR, and CD-player, there is a cozy couch area and chairs
to enjoy music or movie.

The nice kitchen makes cooking easy:
Dishwasher, oven/stove, fridge with ice-maker, microwave, toaster,
coffee-machine, pans and pots, dishes, glasses and cutlery -
anything you want.

Every individual suite offers a beautiful atmosphere. They all have
wardrobes, an alarm clock, blow dryer, enough hand towels
and bed linen. All bathrooms have a daylight window. The master has
a king size bed with its own bath and very unique showering area.
The second bedroom has 1 queen bed, the third has 2 twins. All
three bedrooms do have sufficient bed linen.

The most favorite place of course is the terrace. It is created
specially generous with 2 dining tables with room for 10 people. You
will find a small kitchen with refrigerator, stove and sink.
The gas grill in X-Large format with integrated stove invites to a
nice barbecue in the evenings. The whole terrace and pool area is
protected from insects by a screen so that you may sit outside
without being disturbed at any time. The lanai also has its own
bathhouse for your convenience.

The electrically heated pool is very big. A new technology reduces
chemicals to a minimum so that you may stay in the pool for as long
as you want or you can relax in waterfall whirlpool.

The house has high speed internet access.

Telephone is at your disposal.

The world-renown romantic Sanibel Island, Estero Beach and Captiva
Island with its beautiful sand and many more islands are within a
short time's reach both by boat and by car.

There is a Casino Boat Cruise that leaves daily from Ft. Meyers
Beach and if you like there is a daily cruise to Key West.

Season Rates: Weekly from $1050 to $1350.
Off-Season Rates: Weekly from $950 to $1050.
