The first floor unit has a queen sized sofa bed and a twin chair bed - can sleep up to three more in this large spacious area.  The third floor unit has a full sized sofa bed - can sleep up to two more.  So, the total sleeping capacity of the first floor unit is up to 7 people, but the third floor unit only has bedding for six.  Up to eight in all are OK with the addition of small children, who may sleep in cribs, Pack 'n Plays,  or on air mattresses. 

Each living area is furnished with a 42" big screen LCD HDTV, a DVD player, and Comcast digital cable.

Dining table seats six and there is plenty of additional room at the breakfast bar for more.  Each kitchen is equipped with all the basic necessities - dishes for 12, glassware, pots, silverware, cooking utensils, etc.
