Lovely home on sound side (2 blocks from sound) (mile marker 13.5); kitchen well stocked; on canal with bulkhead.  One bedroom with queen bed, one bedroom with 2 bunkbeds (full on bottom and twin on top) and 2 twin trundles, one bedroom with queen and twin bed.  Must bring own linens. 

 

This site requires us to list amounts for nightly stay but we require a one week minimum stay.

Washer and dryer, grill. Community volleyball and basketball court. Community boat slip. Quiet neighborhood.

Across highway from beach but easy access by car or bike. About a 3 block walk after you cross highway. Movie theatre, shopping (near outlet mall).

vacation rental rates

 $100 deposit and 50% down upon lease agreement. Balance due with 15 days of occupation. If agreement is made less than 30 days of occupation then deposit and 100% of rental is due. All credit cards accepted.

 

There is a one week minimum rental.

The property was in a great location,it was very clean and kept up.The people in there were very nice and freindly.If you just want to sit back and relax for the afternoon the sundeck on the canel is a great place to do it.I couldn't get my husband off it when we came in from the beach.I would recommend this place to all my friends and family.We look forward to going back again.The owner is a very friendly person and will help you with anything you need!!The pool area is very clean and right at the sound.You can't ask for a better vaction spot.there is alot of things for a family to do close to the property.We loved the go cart and golfing right up the road.there was nothing we disliked about our vaction other then packing up and leaving!!So if you want to stay in a GREAT spot this property is the one!!!!Hope your vaction is as wonderful as ours!!!!!!

Recommended for: adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, people with disabilities, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sight seeing, tourists without a car, romantic getaway
