This home is located in the center of a golf course in the community
of Ahwatukee, just south of Phoenix and has easy access to all area
attractions. Relax and enjoy this single-level 3 bedroom, 2 bath
home which features an open kitchen, dining room and living room,
all nicely decorated and fully equipped. House has a Queen-size
Master bedroom with full private bath, a
walk-in closet and T.V. Two full-size bedrooms with mirrored
closets share a large main bath with enclosed tub and shower.
Spacious fenced yard with mature trees for privacy, includes a large
redwood deck for relaxing or entertaining under the
starry Arizona skies. A laundry room with washer and dryer and a
finished 2-car garage with automatic opener complete the house.

Home is nicely furnished and fully-equipped for a vacation stay or
longer term rental. Mirrored living room features an entertainment
center with TV (basic cable included), DVD, and stereo with
music,books and a stocked wine rack. Kitchen is fully-equipped for
gourmet cooking/dining including a blender,coffee maker and toaster.
Home is stocked with bed and bath linens and accessories, including
hair dryer. Out back is a full-length covered patio with lounge chairs, and the redwood deck. Home has central
air/heat, ceiling fans in all rooms. Free
High-speed Internet connection and local phone service are included.

Local area activities abound. Golf, mountain biking, hiking, and
horseback back riding are all available within 1-1/2 miles! Three
malls (including 1 high-end outlet) for shopping, two 24-screen and
one I-Max theatre and too many restaurants to list are all within
minutes of the house. Easy (1/2 mile) freeway access make the
airport and downtown Phoenix (and major sports facilities) only 12-
15 minutes away. Tempe Diablo Stadium (spring training home of the
California Angels)and ASU Sun Devil Stadium (home of the Fiesta
Bowl) are only 10 minutes away while Tucson (U of A and many more
attractions)is an easy 90 minutes South by freeway.

A security/reservation deposit of $250 is due at time of reservation.
This will be refunded by mail minus a $100 cleaning fee unless
excess cleaning is required or home is damaged. 50% of the rental
fee is due 90 days prior to arrival and the remaining 50% is due 30
days prior to arrival. All deposits/payments are non-refundable
unless 30 days cancellation notice is given. No smoking is
permitted in the home.
