Our Del Mar Dream in Del Mar

After searching for years for a second home at the beach, we found it here in the Del Mar Beach Colony. The walk to the beach was the selling feature!  It is a flat short walk to the sand of one of the finest beaches in Southern California (less than 100 yards).  Our beach is flat and very family friendly, with smaller waves near shore for the kids and larger waves out further for play and surfing.  Walk to the village for shopping and dining.  Our condo was gutted and remodeled in 2003.  We frequently stay there ourselves and constantly update and redecorate.  We have a queen bed in the master, two full beds in the second bedroom, and a queen sofa sleeper in the front room.  There is room in the master for a child or two on the floor, if needed.  We have one assigned covered parking spot.  Second floor end unit with stairs and an elevator..
