Casa Playa in Chicxulub

This lovely property is right on the beach with the Gulf of Mexico
as the backyard. It is situated about two kilometers east of
Chicxulub.

 It has three bedrooms on the first floor and one loft
style bedroom by itself on the second floor. There are three full
bathrooms with hot water. Two bathrooms downstairs service
the bedrooms there and the loft bedroom has its own ensuite bath.
The loft bedroom includes a walk-out to a terrace overlooking the
Gulf and provides breath-taking views of the Yucatan sunsets.  There is also a French door walk-out from one of the first floor bedrooms.

All rooms have fans and are fully furnished with double beds except
the master loft which has a king size bed. All bedroom and bathroom
linens are supplied.  One of the first floor bedrooms has a second full size bed.

There is a large eat-in kitchen which is fully furnished with
utensils, dishes and includes a large shelved walk-in pantry. The kitchen sink is stainless steel.  Hot water is available in the kitchen. 

TV/DVD, satellite TV (StarChoice), telephone, electricity and gas are included in the rent.  Wireless Internet capability is offered and the service can be obtained at the local phone company without contract restrictions for an additional charge.

Outdoors there is patio furniture, pool shower, and a BBQ.
