Rates listed are hi-seasonal rates; please contact for availability and multiple month (3+) discounts.  This unit has a casita that can be closed off and therefore rented as 2 bedroom at the $3500/month rate.  The 3 bedroom rate is $4500/month.  Units typically do not rent for less than a 30 day period and rentals of less than 30 days will incur a 10% Transient Occupation Tax.

Stays require 30 day minimum.  Stays of less than 30 days are subject to 10% Transient Occupation Tax. 

All properties subject to cleaning fees priced per property and $1000 security deposit.
