This luxurious log home was recently featured in Log Home Living magazine. The warmth & comfort of this masterpiece, handcrafted, log home is felt the moment you step through the beautiful front door.   The sweeping log staircase, open floorplan, and soaring ceilings with massive log beams are breathtaking. 

The great room features a 20’ floor to ceiling stacked rock fireplace, with beautiful heartpine floors .  The huge log beam truss & the 6’ elk antler chandelier hovers over a living room warmed by comfortable leather furnishings, woven rugs, & beautiful Native American & lodge décor  & art.      

The gourmet kitchen is a chef’s dream by design, rimmed with Knotty Alder cabinets, and commercial appliances.  There are two (2)  Bosch dishwashers, a trash compactor, six (6) burner Thermador gas range, granite countertops, & top of line cookware.  The open kitchen features a large wraparound, granite breakfast bar with a prep sink.   This is the heart of the home & the perfect place to entertain Family & guests.           

The dining room features a beautiful high-end Traditional dining table and eight chairs.  The matching hutch holds all of the formal & casual table linens and beautiful serving dishes you may enjoy.   The incredible 5 ‘ Roc Corbett designed chandelier pays homage to the Native American history of the area and is a truly extraordinary art piece. 

The large covered wrap around deck features huge handcrafted log beam trusses & log railing on two sides of the house.  A top of the line Weber propane BBQ, large outdoor dining area & teak rockers come complete with cozy pendelton blankets for cool mountain evenings.   This the perfect spot to enjoy the relaxing serenity & sounds of this creekside lodge retreat with it’s beautiful view of the granite boulder lined creek & the fragrance of the soaring tall pines.

The master suite is a luxurious log retreat.  The decorative lines of the high-end traditional bedroom furnishings and custom bedding are a wonderful compliment to the more rustic log interior.  The river rock gas fireplace instantly creates a warm and inviting atmosphere in the master suite.  The comfortable sitting area is the perfect place to curl up by the fireplace to read a book or watch TV.

The elegant master bath is a mix of the warm log walls, travertine tile, ornate iron Ponderosa Pine lighting and matching pinecone towel bars and quality linens.   The luxurious Jacuzzi bath is a soothing way to relax at the end of the day & the large walk-in spa shower has five (5) showerheads and is a wonderfully refreshing experience. 

The downstairs guest studio suite has it’s own kitchenette, & beautifully appointed bath and sitting area.  It features comfortable, high-end queen bedroom furnishings, luxury linens, and a HD flatscreen TV.  An outdoor creekside entrance makes this the perfect private retreat.            

The upstairs quest suite is beautifully decorated with large log beamed ceiling,  a comfortable spacious sitting area and  an exquisite , yet rustic guest bathroom with lots of beautiful linens.    

 There is also large open loft with a full view of the creek and the sweeping log interiors of this magnificent log home.  The beautiful Native American rugs, lighting, & comfortable & cozy furnishings make this a wonderful TV or game room.  . 

Upon request, the beautiful log loft also makes a comfortable conversion to guest bedroom with a queen bed with custom bed linens.   

The TIPI......   You will thoroughly love the Tipi !!!.  It's a great experience, one that not many people ever get to enjoy.  The maker of our Tipi has made many of the Tipi's used in many movies, including "Dances with Wolves".   It can be setup to sleep in "quite nicely".    

A mile to Ducey’s Lodge where you can enjoy wonderful dining with beautiful views of Bass Lake and often spot the magnificent Bald Eagles that call Bass Lake home .   Jazz on the Lake is offered every Friday usually followed by fireworks, with lots of festivals & special events throughout the year.  Boat & watercraft rentals, & boat slip rentals also available at Ducey's Pines Marina.    

Bass Lake is nestled among the towering Pines & offers a relaxing retreat from a day of boating or exploring the awesome magisty of Yosemite National Park, & California’s High Sierras.
