The one story house is children-friendly.   All the comforts of home are found here in this easy-to-maintain setting.  The master bedroom has a private bath and is separate from the other two bedrooms which share a bathroom.  All bedrooms have a/c.

dishwasher, range, stereo,  cd player, tv plus cable, hi speed internet, sprinkler system, washer, dryer, plus well equipped kitchen.

East Hampton, a beach town, provides you with all outdoor activities:  swimming, surfing, sailing, biking, golfing, tennis, hiking, a well equipped gym.  Miniature golf for the kids.  Shopping including fashion boutiques as well as everyday necessities are only a short drive from home.

East Hampton's library is a wonderful resource (special children programs throughout the summer.)  Hi end and low end eateries are aplenty.  Children programs are available throughout the summer as well as day camps.  entertainment includes: summer theatre, conerts and the movies.

For children both ocean beaches and bay beaches are available within a short drive.   Evening cookouts on the beach are permitted.
