Beautiful Higgins Lake front non-smoking property with 50 feet of gorgeous water frontage. Over 200 yards out in the lake with 3-4 feet deep crystal clear water and sandy bottom.
Our non-smoking Cottage is located on south side of the lake, very clean and well maintained. Approximately 1,000 SF with two Bedrooms and a three season room (which can sleep up to 3 people):
- Master bedroom: with queen size bed
- Guest bedroom: 1 twin size bed and “Euro-Sofa” (converts to full size bed)
- Three season room – Family Room: Enjoy beautiful lake view “Euro-Sofa” – full size bed, “Euro-Chair” – twin size bed, TV, DSL with WiFi
- Kitchen with gas stove, microwave, coffeemaker, fridge
- Dining area has a beautiful lake view
We provide one set of sheets for each bed and bath towels. Please bring your own beach towels.

Private 50 feet water front, 300 feet deep lot, 100 foot boat dock, 1 boat mooring. Please inform us if you will be using our hoist. Boat ramp is about ½ mile from property.
Fire pit, charcoal grill, lounge chairs, kid’s beach toys, floats.
Virizon High Speed DSL with WiFi. Bring your laptop and enjoy high speed internet connection.
When leaving, please clean bathroom, kitchen and dishes. Pull bed sheets off the beds and put them together with bath and kitchen towels in laundry baskets. Don’t want to clean, don’t worry, $50 basic cleaning fee will be deducted from your security deposit .

Memorial Day, Labor Day and 4th of July week - $1,500
Security Deposit:
$500
Will be refunded 2 weeks after departure and property inspection.
No rentals are permitted to anyone under 21 years of age.
Make a reservation with “good faith” deposit of 50% of your rental fee and Security Deposit. Remaining balance is due one (1) week prior arrival.
Cancelation Policy:
No refunds will be issued for any reason, including early departures, weather condition, emergencies, etc. If you are not able to arrive and enjoy your committed week and we are able to reschedule your vacation week for that season, 100% of your rental fee will be applied for rescheduled week. If we are not able to reschedule based on availability, no rental fees paid will be refunded, only your security deposit will be subject to 100% refund.
