yet only 2 minutes from Old Town La Quinta, the new Silver Rock Golf
Resort and La Quinta Resort, and Arnold Palmer's restaurant. PGA
West is only 5 miles away. Breathtaking Mountain and City lights
views are present from most every location within
this virtually new 2,000 square foot home.
Carranza features a Formal Living Room open to the front courtyard,
as well as a massive Great Room that opens out from the Kitchen via
a long, granite cook and serve bar. Also from the Kitchen, french
doors lead out to the brand new pool and spa. The Kitchen is a
cook's dream, featuring top of the line stainless steel appliances
and every cooking amenity that you can imagine. Entertaining will be

The master-suite has a king-sized bed, large walk in closet and dual
shower-heads in the oversize shower. It also has a pair of french
doors leading out to the pool area. Guest room one, has a queen-
sized bed and the other has a double. There is also a queen-sized
convertible sofa in the formal living room.
All rooms have TV/DVD and the great room has a 50" wall mounted
plasma TV with surround sound. There is also a private entrance
completely enclosed private courtyard, complete with three-tiered
Spanish fountain that welcomes you to the luxuries of Carranza.
