The vacation rental is also equipped with bikes, boogie boards, chairs, a cooler, beach towels, umbrellas and a barbeque. This is a great convenience and a big cost saver! All you need to bring is a swimsuit, a few changes of clothes and you and your family are prepared to enjoy everything that Pacific Beach and San Diego has to offer.


The Pacific Ocean and Mission Bay are just a few blocks away. You can swim, surf, boogie board, snorkel, kayak, sail, water-ski or just relax and enjoy the great year round climate of San Diego.

Downtown Pacific beach is only four blocks away. Within the coastal beach community of Pacific Beach you will find everything you may need while on your vacation. There is an wide range of restaurants, markets, fitness centers, farmers markets, specialty shops, convenience stores, a post office, banks, drug stores, jet ski and sailboat rentals, coffee shops, drinking establishments, internet cafes and more. Downtown San Diego is a ten Minute drive, Sea World is five minutes away and the world famous beaches of La Jolla are also just five minutes North of the vacation rental.

The interior of the rentals is very nice. Its recently remodeled interior is completely upgraded with granite counter tops, all new appliances and tasteful tile and wood floors. The unit also has a plasma TV, wireless internet access, a DVD player, some DVDs to watch and both local cable channels and satellite TV with a DVR.

If you're looking for a place that is centrally located but, also offers a comfortable, quiet and peaceful retreat at the end of the day, this is it. This unit is perfect for couples and small families. The vacation unit has everything to make you feel at home.

This peaceful vacation rental is fully equipped with everything you may need when going to the beach.  There are bikes, boogie boards, beach chairs, coolers, beach towels, umbrellas and a gas barbeque if you would like to cook out on the patio.

The interior is warm in appearance and functional by design.  The kitchen and bathroom have recently been remodeled with all modern decor and appliances.  If you want to make a meal at home, everything you need is provided.

The living room has a complete entertainment center as well as wireless internet.  You can watch cable, satellite or a DVD on the High Definition Plasma TV.  A few DVDs are also provided.

There is Safe off-street parking provided.  You will not have to drive much once you arrive.  Crowded beach parking will never be a problem while on your vacation.

The local beaches are great for all types of water activity.  You can Kayak, surf, sail, water-ski, wakeboard, boogie board, swim or snorkel at the world-famous beaches of La Jolla.  There is so much to do and it is all very close by. Seaworld is about a 5-minute drive from the rental. There is also Belmont Park in Mission Beach if you'd like to ride the rollercoaster or shop.

You will find the vacation rental centrally-located for all of your activities. Pacific Beach has an extensive list of places to dine, shop or just explore.
