Sitting right across from the 12,000 square-foot, community pool is this fantastic beach house rental with porches on every level providing the perfect location for relaxing in "A Summer Breeze". Spaciously designed and professionally decorated, you will be delighted to vacation in your upscale beach house.

Ground floor includes a large living room, dining room, upscale kitchen with black granite countertops and stainless appliances, plus one bedroom with a queen bed and a full bath. A large master suite with a King bed and adjoining bath plus a King guest room with bath and extra trundle bed are found on the second floor. A second master suite with Queen, adjoining bath and wet bar is located on the top floor.  Enjoy the breeze and view of the neighborhood from the south and north side 3rd floor decks.  Small distant gulf view also seen from the south side deck.

Take a pleasant stroll along the palm-lined boulevard to the beach, or take advantage of the free shuttle service available during peak season. Enjoy the nearby shops and Restaurants at Rosemary Beach and the Village of South Walton-right next door. Plenty of Parking for two or more vehicles. A 7-night minimum stay is usually required Saturday to Saturday during spring break and summer. Smoking is not permitted.  Shorter stays will be considered closer to those seasons.  Some well behaved dogs that are 25 pounds or less may also be allowed for an additional non-refundable pet fee.  Call or email for web address to see more photos.
