* There is usually a 3-night minimum stay requirement in all seasons except winter that has a 2-night minimum.  Exceptions are *4th of July week which has a 7-night minimum and Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's holidays also have a 4-night minimum stay requirement.  Shorter stays will be considered closer to an arrival date if the property has not booked.  Rates for winter major holidays are at the Fall rate.
