Quinta “Las Piñuelas” is considered to be one of the most beautiful Country home in Central America by “Fem” magazine and many well known architects due to its unique design and natural materials used for its mass structure. Giving you the perfect get away spot to forget about everything and enjoy yourself and family. Its located 5 miles from La Palma city and a pleasant 1hr and 45 min drive from the International Airport, 1 hour from the capital. The house has 5 bedrooms, and will sleep 10 to 14 people comfortably and 5 bathrooms. The yard includes a built in BBQ grill, and amazing landscapes views. You will have a full kitchen with modern appliances and accessories. The caretaker resides on the property. You will be close to several touristic spots such as the town’s Historical church where the peace treaties of 1984 where disputed, San Ignacio and El Pital.

La Palma:

 Is a picturesque town with cool climate located in the mountains in the north of the country. Where handcrafts made of painted materials pyrography art wood carving and molding are the main products of the region. La Palma is the winner of the Tourism Municipalities contest.

San Ignacio:

A small town with a high quality handicrafts workshops it has excellent cool climate and its very quite and safe. On of its main attractions is “Peñón de Cayaguanca” in which you can admire the borders of our neighboring countries of Honduras and Guatemala.

El Pital:

You will visit the highest point of the country. Its ideal o practice hiking, rappelling, mountain bicycling or simply enjoy the impressive varieties of orchids and birds. It has a natural view point called “La Peña Rajada” where the neighboring countries can be observed from a different perspective.

Las Pilas:

Organic cultivations zone, exceptionally fertile land.

Money orders and cashiers checks will be accepted and can be mailed directly to the proprietor. Please email for instructions.
A non-refundable, $200 deposit is required to reserve your stay. This money will be applicable to the total rental cost. The balance will be due no less than 30 days before departure. If the balance is not received with the specific time, we will consider your reservation as cancelled.
A $100 deposit is required to secure potential damages. If there is no damage, aside from normal wear & tear upon your departure, your deposit will be returned.

Cancellations:

a.) Thirty (30) days notice or more before departure: All money paid will be returned with the exception of the $200 deposit

b.) Twenty-nine (29) days notice or less before departure: 50% of the money paid will be returned with the exception of the $200 deposit

c.) Cancellation due to exceptional circumstances such illness or weather related will not be charged a cancellation fee

d.) May take up to 15 days to receive reimbursement
