This second floor corner condo at the end of the Mission Beach Peninsula boast spectacular views of the ocean as well as the jetty (channel were boats of all sorts enter / exit Mission Bay to the Pacific Ocean). This unit has windows in every room which means you see water from everywhere.
This property will sleep up to 4 people max. (2 Adult / 2 Children preferred). The master bedroom has a queen size bed and there is also a upscale full size sofa sleeper in the living room.
The complex has a common area jacuzzi tub as well as a BBQ area. You will also have access to a private garage (parking for 1 car) located in the alley behind the complex. This is truly a hidden gym in Mission Beach and as affordable as they come in the beach areas.
While on vacation, you will be super close to all the fun and activities San Diego has to offer. Sea World is less than a 5 min drive from this unit and during the summer months you can see the nightly firework display from just around the corner from this unit. You can also visit the world famous San Diego Zoo, Gaslamp District, and Seaport Village which is just a short 10 - 12 min drive from south mission beach. As for beach activities such as beach cruising, volleyball, etc. we either offer these services at a discounted price to our guest or can point you in the right direction to the appropriate person to assist you.

The world famous San Diego boardwalk is only steps from your door. The boardwalk extends north along both the Ocean & Bay for approx. 2 1/2 miles. Perfect for walking, running, biking, rollerblading, etc. Belmont Park & all of it's attractions and amusement park rides is also a short walk from the property. (approx. 1/4 mile) Sea World is about 5 min. drive & San Diego Zoo & the Downtown Gaslamp District are about 10 min. drive.
