Nightly rates: 2-nights minimum required.

Minimum rates are low season (Feb-Mar-Apr-Sep-Oct-Nov).

Maximum rates are high season ( May-Jun-Jul-Aug-Dec-Jan) also includes holidays, and graduation week.

Short term stays deposit is $500 and paid upon reservation.  Short term stays applies for reservations of 21 days or less.

Long Term stays deposit is equal monthly rate and paid upon reservation.  Long term stays are for 30 days or more.  Security deposit is fully refundable, assuming no damages or repairs need to be done at the property (less cleaning fee) within 20 days of vacating the premises.

Short and Long term stays remaining balance (daily, weekly or monthly rates) to be paid in full within 2 weeks of arrival date.

PETS:

Only 1 small dog (up to 10 lbs) can be considered prior to owner's approval.

Pet fee:  (short term stays) $20 per day  

Pet Fee:  (Long term stays 30 days or more) - $100 pet fee for additional sanitation/carpet cleaning  plus $250.00 Refundable deposit (assuming no further damages to be deducted from deposit)

***NEW REQUIREMENT FOR RENTERS WITH PETS***:  Please note that we only accept dogs up to 10lbs.  Proof of following vaccines are required prior to completing reservation:  Rabies, Parvo & Bordetella vaccines have to be current and letter from veterinariam stating that pet is healthy and negative to heartworm is required.  NO EXCEPTIONS!

Cancellations & Refunds (Short Stays - Less than 30 days): Refunds will be given on deposits for cancellations made at least 15 days prior to arrival date. Cancellations made within less that 15 days prior to arrival date or no-shows are non-refundable.

Cancellations & Refunds (Long stays - More than 30 days): Full refunds will be given on deposits for cancellations made at least 30 days prior arrival date.  Cancellations made within less than 30 days and more than 15 days prior to arrival date will be refunded the deposit, less $500 cancellation fee.  Cancellations made within less than 15 days prior to arrival date or no-shows are non-refundable.
