3 bedroom, 2 bath condo in new Pacific Beach duplex. Be close to all this exciting community has to offer! Being off the beach four blocks makes for more privacy and less noise but you are still a quick walk to beach, shops, restaurants, post office, banks and markets. Fully furnished with contemporary furnishings, handmade quilts, quality linens and special touches. Perfect for short term, relocation, corporate or vacation rental. Very centrally located for easy access to all San Diego attractions. Owners built it in 2009 to live in in the winter with their cat, Rockie. They go home to Mount Shasta, CA for the summers.
