This tucked away gem is ideal for family vacationers or a couples getaway. This 1 bd / 1 ba ground level unit has all the comforts of home yet is located in one of the wealthiest areas of north county San Diego. The unit has parking for 1 car and rental guest also have
access to several common area patios. Just across the street is one
of the few secluded beach areas tucked beneath the cliffs of Carlsbad. The property is located on the south end of Carlsbad and is just a short drive to Carlsbad Village were you will find tons of boutique shops, restaurants, and many other activities.

This property is located just a short drive to Legoland. The San Diego Zoo Safari Park is another close attraction. Then for those of you that want to experience the rest of the attractions in San Diego you can get to the San Diego Zoo, Downtown Gaslamp District, & Sea World just a modest 20 - 30 min drive south along I-5. Although sitting on the beach may be all you are looking for, and for that you just walk across the street!

My Grandparents were so thrilled with this condo!

My Grandparents stayed at this unit the week leading up to my wedding. They are from small town Wisconsin and have only traveled out of state a hand full of times and never to Southern California. I was super nervous having them stay in Mission Beach near the rest of our friends and family. They are very picky regarding safety and noise. OH BOY did I pick the perfect unit form them. They don't do well climbing stairs & this property is ground floor which was great for them. There are also 2 VERY private open air patios to enjoy. My grandparents loved sitting outside in the mornings drinking their coffee. It was also nice that the boardwalk was such a short walk from the unit. My grandfather would stroll the 40 or so feet to the boardwalk and watch the waves. This was his 1st time to see the Pacific Ocean! :) The condo had everything they needed as far as bedding, towels, & kitchen amenities. The high quality of bedding was really nice to see. There was also FREE wi-fi internet access which is always a plus. I don't know if they will ever make another visit to San Diego again but I do know they are still talking about their trip 4 months later. I would highly recommend this property to any families who want and private, relaxing, & affordable rental.

The management was also great to deal with. They were prompt replying to all our questions and needs. Paperwork & process was easy & straight forward. Our security deposit was also refunded within 7 days of departure. All around great experience!!!

Recommended for: age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway
