With the oversized view deck, you will have plenty of room to relax and enjoy the unobstructed views of Saratoga Passage, Baby Island, the mountains, and unbelievable sunrises. Venture down and enjoy those long walks on a sandy beach.......or  just sit on the bulkhead/sea wall and watch the tide come in and out... You will not believe the serenity !Or stay topside and surf the net...

 Where is it located? Centrally located on Sunrise View Lane in Greenbank Washington, Whidbey Island. It is only about 20 minutes from either the Clinton-Mukiteo Ferry or the Port Townsend-Keystone ferry. Whether your coming form the north or sounth.......this is an ideal convenient location. Also located approx. 1 1/2 hours from downtown Seattle. Whidbey Island is known as Seattle's backyard vacationland.

Do not miss the quaint waterfront town of Coopeville 10 miles to the north with many galleries, antique shops and sea food eateries...a must to visit! Another must to see..The historic waterfront village of Langley..about 10 miles to the south,  charming charming !!! with it's shops, restaurants and breathtaking views...Don't forget Freeland...5 miles to the south for all your shopping, DVDs, etc.

Off peak special bargain prices...October thru May 15th......Monday- Thursday $150.00 a night...$215.00 a night on Weekends...Friday - Sunday  $175.00 a night with a 3 day minimum ... but If you can only stay 2 nights...The rate would be $500.00 for the two nights. $950 a week...Ask about monthly rates

There is a 10.4% lodging/state tax based on the rent only.

These fees do not include a $75.00 non refundable cleaning deposit.

There is a $300.00 refundable damage deposit. It is returned within 7 days after you check-out.
