  This lovely home is centrally located in town.  It is within walking and biking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants.  The house is large - boasting three bedrooms and four full baths, kitchen with dining area, a formal dining area, living room with a fireplace, and family room.  The back yard has a deck, swimming pool, and Jacuzzi.  This is a well cared for - pride of ownership property!  Please note - there is a resident cat that comes with the house.  He is very self-sufficient!

Enjoy all that Coronado and San Diego have to offer. Bike, golf, tennis, surf, boogie board, walk, run, swim, skateboard park, kayaking, fishing, jet skiing, sailing, hiking, the possibilities for outdoor fun are endless!

Stay in town and enjoy the historic Hotel Del shops and fine dining, or enjoy the theater at Lamb's Player Theater or the Coronado Playhouse. Kick back and enjoy Sunday afternoons with "Concerts in the Park" or check out local art with "Art in the Park". Coronado boasts a wide variety of specialty shops and dining experiences at the Village and the Ferry Boat landing. Just in case that was not enough our beautiful recreation center offers two pools, basketball courts, rock climbing wall, a fitness room, and many kids camps. Activities are available to anyone.

A quick drive over the famous Coronado Bridge or a Ferry boat ride will take you right to San Diego where you can enjoy the Gas Lamp District, World famous Zoo, Balboa Park, museums, Historic Old Town, Sea World, LegoLand, Petco Park, and the USS Midway. So much to do - it will be hard to choose!

A 50% reservation fee is required to hold the unit.  Rent, security deposit, and a $150 non refundable cleaning fee due 60 days prior to start of lease. 28 day minimum lease required.
