You will not believe the Great views of Bryce Canyon National Park
from the living room of this 3 
Bedroom 2 Bath house. It is only a 7-mile drive to the main entrance
of Bryce Canyon National Park. 
The Master Bedroom offers amazing views of the Grand Staircase, in
Escalante National Park. There 
are hundreds of picturesque walking trails in Bryce Canyon National
Park within a short drive. You 
will get to see and enjoy the park's from a local point of view. One
of the closest private homes 
located to Bryce Canyon National Park. We just completed a full
remodel of this house in 2007-2008. 
Enjoy the newly remodeled tile shower with 4 head shower power. We
just completely painted the 
inside of the house, and laid new carpet throughout. Why stay in a
motel room when you can stay in a 
house for the same price. This house is the best-kept secret near a
national park. The house is 
centrally located, close to 3 State Parks and 3 National Parks. Bryce
Canyon should be considered 
one of the 8th wonder's of the world. 

All the following parks are accessible within 20-minutes to a 2-hour
drive from the house.
1.) Kodachrome Basin State Park 
2.) Capital Reef National Park
3.) Grand Staircase, Escalante National Park
4.) Anasazi Indian Village State Park
5.) Zion National Park
6.) Petrified Forest State Park

The house is completely furnished; it can sleep 6 people in the
bedrooms and 2 more in the living 
room, for a total of 8.

This is a No Smoking house. Season starts May 1st through November 15th

	There is a Flat Screen T.V. in the Master Bedroom. 
	Both TV's are on Cable TV with Movie channels included.

	Dishes, pots, pans, silverware, glasses, cups, included. 
	There is a Toaster oven and a New Microwave in the kitchen. 
	The main New Oven is a Convection Oven. 
	Complete Silverware sets for 8. All pots and pans included ready to
cook any meal.
	Refrigerator is a New Stainless Steel Fridge

	There is 1 Portable Phone, and a Speaker Phone at the Phones base.
