This house was built for big family dream vacations. Located on the sheltered side of Wapato Point, Sandy Beach House offers not only waterfront fun, but boasts one of the finest views from one of the most comfortable decks on the lake. Sandy Beach House is light-filled, spacious, and ideal for two families who want to relax and enjoy summertime together.

Sandy Beach House's nearly 3000 square foot floorplan allows family togetherness, as well as comfortable privacy. The mainfloor features a great room (w/TV/dvd/stereo), plus fully appointed kitchen and dining area. The kitchen table seats 8, plus 3 bar stools at the island counter. The deck features a large patio table and umbrella that seats 8, offers a gas bbq, and is the perfect place to spend the evening enjoying one of the local wines. Bedrooms on the mainfloor are comprised of a cal kingbed master suite with lake view, and a second bedroom with private entrance to the hall bath. A conveniently located laundry room completes the mainfloor.
The lower level of the house features a second common area with big screen tv, plus dvd, and xbox. Lower level bedrooms are comprised of a queenbed master suite with lake view, and a cheerful bunkroom with two sets of single over double bunks. The lower level patio leads to a grassy lawn that steps down first to a cute little sandy beach play area and then to the lake itself.
The house has a dedicated buoy ready for your boat, and a diving platform. Mill Bay public boat launch is just minutes away on the highway into Manson.
Also available: high chair, jogger stroller, some bicycles.
Master bedrooms each have their own TV.
