Bedroom #1- 1 master suite with two queen size beds and an attached bathroom.
Bedroom #2- 1 king size bed.
Bedroom #3- 2 sets of bunk beds with full size beds on the bottom and twin beds on top.
There is an additional bathroom as well.
Full kitchen, dining, and living area.

Unit 2, Upper level, oceanfront rental details:
5 bedroom 3 bathroom sleeps a total of 18 people.

Bedroom # 1- 1 master suite with one king size bed and an attached bathroom.
Bedroom # 2- 2 queen size beds next to the master bedroom.
Bedroom # 3- 2 sets of bunk beds with full size beds on the bottom and twin beds on top.
Bedroom # 4- 1 king size bed.

Capistrano Beach , or “Capo Beach,” as it’s called by locals, is located in Orange County, just south of Los Angeles, between Laguna Beach and San Clemente.

This beach, which was opened to the public in 1980, has a small town atmosphere, and has perfect sand for playing volleyball and other beach activities. During the summer months a refreshment stand is open, which has fishing gear and beach supplies, as well as food and beverages. Surfboards, roller blades and bicycles are all available for rent at Capistrano Beach. It is open every day of the year between the hours of 6:00 AM and 10:00 PM, and several good restaurants are located nearby.

Capistrano Beach is just 2 miles from Dana Point, 7 miles to the San Juan Capistrano Mission and 35 miles to Disneyland. Golf is available approximately 5 miles from Capistrano Beach. Basically, Capistrano Beach is far enough away from the major tourist spots such as Disneyland and Universal Studios to provide lots of privacy, quiet and relaxation. Payment Options: VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Cashiers/Registered/Personal Check A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your week. Rates do not include a $550 cleaning charge and Security deposit of $2000.00. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. If you cannot make your reservation date, we will attempt to re-rent the Beach House for the reserved week(s) and apply the balance toward a future stay, less a $300.00 cancellation fee. All charges for telephone and other items will be billed to your credit card after your departure and when we receive the phone bill. Check in is 4:00pm and Check out is 10:00am, times can be flexible. We rent Friday to Friday.
