Family Guy Retreat in Bear Lake

Bear Lake, Utah, USA (Cabin is locacated in Fish Haven, Idaho on west side of lake):This is a new property with new furniture on 3 acres: with stunning views of CACHE National Forest and of Bear Lake.   Great for family reunions and possible weddings, BEAUTIFUL MAGICAL VIEWS. Pletty of parking, long wide driveway, and room to accomidate RVs, we do not have hook up yet. Cabin sleeps in beds and a queen pull out sofa total 14, pletty of room for sleeping bags and we have two queen air mattress.  Plenty of room for privacy, peace and tranquility, the home does have central air and heat.  I personally call it "The Swiss Alps" look.  This home is located up Fish Haven Canyon Rd, (Gladys Place) and into Canyon Estates, gated community, about 1/4 mile from lake.  This is a new home and new rental, please let us know if there are any other occommodations we can add.  Thank you for your interest.

Multiple areas: the unique thing about this house besides the view and privacy is this house has several areas, kids can be in one area and adults can be in others. Please read on. I still need to purchase more furniture, and more beds and dressers.  Beds will be made of log polls, each bedroom has its own theme. The kitchen will be getting an island under the pot rack, patios will be furnished with nice furniture.  I will place photos soon.  Thanks for your interest.  Any question please don't hesitate us a call.  

Over 2700 sqft. 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, 2 livingrooms, 

3 separate patio areas. patios are west side (14'x25') view of mountains partialy covered. Center patio of house (21'x22') view of lake and mountians. Master bedroom patio, has privacy fence of 8' (11'x21')

Beds are: 1 king ,2 pillow top queens, 6 twins. 1 queen pull out sofa. Sleeps 14 in beds and pull out sofa.  We also have 2 queen double stack air mattresses brings total sleep 18. There is plenty  of room for sleeping bags. 

Main floor: master bedroom 1 king bed, master bath, master patio area,2 person deep bath tub and two person shower.  Large kitchen (20'x20'), dining table seats 9 & breakfest bar seats 4-5. Hall half bath, laundry room with washer and dryer. Family living room with fireplace, bright window views of the mountains and lake, very tranquil room.

2nd floor: 2 bedrooms, one with a pillow top queen bed, views of the mountains and the other with 4 built in twin beds, kids will love this room 

Basement: large living room (14'x14') sofa has 4 recliners very comfortable, area can seat 9-12. Fireplace, 50" plasma, with home theater set upthis is a very cozy relaxing room. There are 2 twin built in beds (not a bedroom) and 1 bedroom with a pillow top queen. 

Outside boast 2 large seperate patios, with unbelievable views of the mountains and of the lake, very surreal. This area will have your own volley ball net, and picnic tables, along with nice patio furniture.  This is also a fire pit, and grill.

Garage: will have ping ball table and other amenties of enjoyment. The size of the garage is (50'x21') with 2 (18'x10') doors, large enough to place boat, snowmobiles.

Hiking is just a walk to the forest and ATV you can leave from house, along with snow mobiles.  This side of the canyon has one of the best trails, and your a football field away.  This is also a gated community.

full kitchen, (electric smooth top stove, side by side refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, blender, pots pans, etc. all linens), just bring yourself, some food and have a peaceful time

The amenties includes High speed interner, Satellite TV, Volley ball area "The Reserve" pool, hot tub & lodge, beach for this community.  literally walking distance to CACHE National Forest

Lodge amenities, include: Beach, pool, hot tub, fitness faucility,and the use of the lodge, "The Reserve at Bear Lake" beach access is about 1 mile, and you can launch your boat from this location. 

Hiking, ATV ing, snowmobile from door.

Beaver Mountain ski, is about 15-20 minutes

Bear Lake West about 5 minutes, Golf.
